We encourage you to read this document carefully to understand the scope of our Limited Warranty coverage.

I. Warranty Coverage
Excelsior Shears warrants that the product purchased will be free from defects, material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from Excelsior Shears or an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required at time of warranty inquiry.

II. Duration of Warranty
The warranty period for your product is valid from the original purchase date up to three (3) years later.
Any claims made after this date will not be covered under this warranty.

To submit your items for warranty inspection, please send email to:
Include a photo of your shear, a copy of your purchase record (required),
and a brief explanation of what the problem is.
A customer service representative will reach back out to you
within 1-3 business days.
